Explorative research
To understand better users’ needs we decided to conduct in-depth interviews. During the conversations we asked users about their experience in using such apps as Google Maps, TripAdvisor, MapsMe, Strava. The interviewees mentioned the following points about the mentioned platforms: not reliable sources of information, not personalised information, overwhelming view with too much of information and bad UX.
