We moved to the next stage of the research to look deeper at the relationships between the users and modern technologies of the health care sector. The next step was conducting the in-depth interviews with people, who have experience either with DNA testing or digital products in hospitals.

When we were asking about Genetic Testing we found a very specific pain point, the interviewee mentioned:

You're going to be judging yourself if you don't continue that you're going to be stressing about it. I'm sort of like unless it's an imminent risk, I don't want the stress of it.

People are stressing about the potential diseases, solutions, ways to prevent problems, the way to cope with problems, so that’s why we decided to think of the solution which can take some stress away.
